Train your staff in advance
I was first in line and observed the STAFF/SECURITY learning the rules and how to check tickets and bags, which should have been done beforehand. They were not aware of the rules, but I had thoroughly read and understood them myself. My son had his first concert experience. I arrived early as the schedule indicated gates open at 5pm. I am a dedicated concert attendee and will look for venues, artists, and companies that do not require a 'health check.' Let's get rid of this unnecessary 'health check' policy. Welcome all guests who are willing to pay and follow standard procedures. Despite this issue, all the artists were fantastic, and the sound and lighting were excellent. Thank you!
